Job summary

IQVIA is seeking consultants with 3–6 years of strategy experience to support and lead advisory engagements for leading life sciences companies. You will work on Brand & Commercial Strategy, Asset & Portfolio Strategy, Pricing & Market Access, and launch excellence, collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver evidence-based recommendations.

Available locations include London, Madrid, Paris, and other centers with hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Strong analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive storytelling.
Experience managing workstreams, projects, or client relationships.

Responsibilities

Leading or supporting multiple strategic consulting projects across the life sciences industry.
Structuring complex business problems and developing practical, evidence-based recommendations.
Conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses to generate strategic insights.
Designing and overseeing primary and secondary research activities.
Managing stakeholders across client organizations, cross-functional teams, and project leadership.
Designing, structuring, and delivering client reports, presentations, and workshops.
Presenting findings and recommendations to client teams and senior executives.
Developing client relationships and identifying opportunities for follow-on work.
Supporting business development activities, including proposal development and pitch materials.
Coaching and mentoring junior team members to support their development.
