Catenon is seeking a Senior Remote Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team driving B2B revenue growth for a SaaS portfolio. The role is fully remote within Spain, base Vigo region, with strong emphasis on strategic planning and client relationships.

You will manage a remote sales force, optimize CRM usage, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to exceed targets while fostering a culture of performance and professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in B2B sales with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to exceed quotas in competitive markets.
• Experience managing remote teams and driving performance.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; strong communication skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of remote sales representatives.
