This full-time role requires teamwork and reliability in a fast-paced kitchen. The position involves assisting management with hiring, training, and scheduling, adhering to safety policies, and supporting service staff during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Prepare meals or substitute items as required.
• Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.
• Thaw frozen foods in the refrigerator and ensure proper portioning and plating.
• Maintain food logs and monitor quality/quantity of prepared items.
• Inform Chef of excess food items and participate in daily specials.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling and coaching of staff.
