The role focuses on relationship building, case gathering, and guiding customers toward compliant purchases through coordinated efforts with License Compliance teams.

You will work with License Compliance and Sales/PSM to resolve matters efficiently, often within tight timelines, while maintaining high ethical standards and customer focus.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in professional sales or business positions, ideally with a software or tech company.
• Proven active listening, objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Experience guiding customers to make the right decision within complex multiple-stakeholder situations.
• Ability to motivate people to follow through and deliver on deadlines.
• Respect for and adherence to ethical standards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, oral and written.
• Self-discipline and business ownership mindset with ability to forecast and deliver on time.
• Experience in exceeding targets in professional pursuits and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
• Fluency in German and English is required; French is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Establish relationships with infringing or non-compliant companies to seek a mutual agreement through a commercial settlement and upsell to cover global customer needs.
• Coordinate with License Compliance and partner teams to convert leads and determine next steps.
• Engage the non-compliant customer within 24–48 hours after the first legal action.
• Prepare customer engagement calls by gathering information from compliance case and partner history.
• Resolve matters by sharing compliance purchase details and negotiating licenses and timeframes.
• Escalate to License & Compliance if negotiations stall or non-business topics arise.
• Update Opportunity and inform Partner to collect the PO; close the deal with proper justification when decided not to pursue.
