Autodesk is seeking a driven License Compliance Sales Representative in Barcelona to identify non-compliant customers, articulate licensing implications, and close opportunities across the full sales cycle.

You will lead strategic engagements with C‑Level stakeholders, forecast and surpass quarterly targets, and collaborate with Legal, Channel, and Sales teams to maximize revenue while upholding integrity.

Formación

• Experience communicating and negotiating with executives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult and emotional conversations.
• 4–6 years of sales experience.
• Willingness to work in team settings and meet both individual and team goals.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Native Italian language.
• Business English is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Lead License Compliance engagements using telemetry, audits or consultancy.
• Use data sets to educate companies on non-compliant behaviors.
• Target C-Level stakeholders with business needs and risks related to non-compliance.
• Work with install base and non-customers.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth non-compliance to compliance transitions.
• Develop yearly and quarterly plans to exceed sales quotas.
• Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales KPIs for revenue.
• Manage forecast, pipeline and activity metrics to align with revenue goals.
• Share best practices and drive License Compliance strategies across the territory.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Legal, Channel and other sales teams.
