Persán is seeking a Legal Intern to gain broad exposure to corporate, intellectual property and compliance matters within a leading FMCG company. You will support the Legal team and contribute to business decisions while developing a strong understanding of international industrial regulatory challenges.

You will draft and review contracts, support day-to-day legal operations, assist with governance matters and participate in due diligence for corporate transactions.

Formación

• Degree in Law or Double Degree as Business Administration & Law; Economic & Law or similar.
• Master Degree in Legal Advice or similar is a plus.
• High level of English (B2/C1 at least)

Responsabilidades

• Support in drafting, review and negotiation of commercial contracts related to the company’s business activities, including supply, distribution, procurement, logistics and service agreements.
• Provide day-to-day legal support to different business areas, partnering closely with departments such as Procurement, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Human Resources.
• Assist in corporate and commercial legal matters, including governance, powers of attorney and corporate housekeeping.
• Support legal due diligence processes and the preparation of documentation related to corporate transactions, acquisitions and business development projects.
• Collaborate in the management and protection of the company’s intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, copyrights and brand-related matters.
• Perform legal research and prepare reports on relevant regulatory developments affecting the FMCG industry.
• Assist in the management of pre-litigation matters and coordinate with external law firms on ongoing disputes and legal proceedings.
