Persán S.A. in Sevilla, Spain, is seeking a Finance Specialist to join its multinational finance team. The role focuses on reporting, analysis, and process harmonization within a fast-moving consumer goods environment.

You will prepare periodic financial reports, monitor KPIs, support audits, and participate in automation and finance transformation projects. A Bachelor’s degree in related field and 4–5 years of experience are required; strong Excel and SAP skills, IFRS knowledge, and English

Main Responsibilities

• Support the Finance Department through the preparation of periodic financial reports, variance analysis, and KPI monitoring.
• Analyze financial performance and identify deviations against budgets, forecasts, and business objectives.
• Support financial audits by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and availability of required information.
• Participate in corporate integration projects, contributing to the harmonization of financial processes and reporting standards.
• Collaborate in automation and process optimization initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and data quality.
• Coordinate with different business areas to ensure the integrity, consistency, and reliability of financial information.
• Provide analytical support to facilitate decision-making and continuous business improvement.

Academic Background

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. High level of English (B2/C1).

Specific Technical Knowledge and Tools

• 4 to 5 years of experience within Audit, Transaction Services, or Financial Advisory.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, financial analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Interest and motivation to participate in automation and digital transformation projects.
• Experience with SAP will be considered a plus.
• Knowledge of IFRS will be highly valued.
