Persán, a multinational home and personal care producer, is seeking a Finance Specialist to join the Finance Department in Sevilla. The role focuses on preparing periodic financial reports, variance analysis, and KPI monitoring, while supporting audits and integration projects.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 4–5 years in Audit/Transaction Services/Financial Advisory, strong Excel skills, and a familiarity with SAP. English proficiency is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• High level of English (B2/C1).
• 4–5 years of experience in Audit, Transaction Services, or Financial Advisory.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the Finance Department through the preparation of periodic financial reports, variance analysis, and KPI monitoring.
• Analyze financial performance and identify deviations against budgets, forecasts, and business objectives.
• Support financial audits by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and availability of required information.
• Participate in corporate integration projects, contributing to the harmonization of financial processes and reporting standards.
• Collaborate in automation and process optimization initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and data quality.
• Coordinate with different business areas to ensure the integrity, consistency, and reliability of financial information.
• Provide analytical support to facilitate decision-making and continuous business improvement.

Academic Background

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• High level of English (B2/C1).

Specific Technical Knowledge and Tools

• 4 to 5 years of experience within Audit, Transaction Services, or Financial Advisory.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, financial analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Interest and motivation to participate in automation and digital transformation projects.
• Experience with SAP will be considered a plus.
• Knowledge of IFRS will be highly valued.
