Persán S.A. invites applications for a Legal Intern role in Sevilla, offering exposure to a wide range of legal matters within a leading FMCG company. You will support corporate, intellectual property, and compliance projects while gaining insight into international industrial operations.

As a Legal Intern, you will work with the Legal team on drafting and reviewing contracts, governance tasks, and due diligence, contributing to key business decisions and developing practical legal experience.

Formación

  • Degree in Law or DBA in Business Administration & Law.
  • Master Degree in Legal Advice or similar is a plus.
  • High level of English (B2/C1 at least).

Responsabilidades

  • Support in drafting, review and negotiation of commercial contracts related to the company’s activities, including supply, distribution, procurement, logistics and service agreements.
  • Provide day-to-day legal support to different business areas, partnering with Procurement, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Human Resources.
  • Assist in corporate and commercial legal matters, including corporate governance, powers of attorney and regular corporate housekeeping.
  • Support legal due diligence processes and the preparation of documentation related to corporate transactions, acquisitions and business development projects.
  • Collaborate in the management and protection of the company’s intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, copyrights and brand-related matters.
  • Perform legal research and prepare reports on relevant regulatory developments affecting the FMCG industry.
  • Assist in the management of pre-litigation matters and coordinate with external law firms on ongoing disputes and legal proceedings.

From Persán, a leading multinational and family company in Europe in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of home care and personal care products, with 85 years working for a cleaner world, we are looking for you to join our Team, as Legal Intern As a Legal Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain broad exposure to a wide range of legal matters within a leading FMCG company. Working alongside the Legal team, you will support corporate, intelectual property or compliance-related projects, contributing to key business decisions while developing a solid understanding of the legal challenges of an international industrial environment.

Minimium Requirements
  • Degree in Law or Dobles Degree as Business Administration & Law; Economic & Law or similar.
  • Master Degree in Legal Advice or similar is a plus.
  • High level of english (B2/C1 at least).
