Persán is a leading multinational in Europe for home care and personal care products, seeking a Senior R&D Formulation Supervisor to lead and coordinate formulation projects. The role focuses on guiding a team, overseeing project stages, and collaborating with suppliers and research partners to advance product technologies.

Formación

• Advanced English and German; able to lead project meetings.
• Chemical background in Household Products, Personal Care, or Cosmetics.
• Experience leading R&D projects and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of mass-scale FMCG production technologies.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the execution of R+D projects in coordination with your work team.
• Organize your team ensuring the fulfillment of assigned tasks.
• Monitor the different stages of projects based on the requirements of external and internal clients.
• Participate in internal meetings and with external ones (suppliers, research centres, laboratories, etc.) that can promote their own training and can contribute to enriching the knowledge of the department
• Market study and monitoring ensuring that you are aware of the latest technologies.
• Studying its possible effective implementation in our products.

R&D Formulation Senior Supervisor

Job Description

Main Responsabilities

• Ensure the execution of R+D projects in coordination with your work team
• Organize your team ensuring the fulfillment of assigned tasks
• Monitor the different stages of projects based on the requirements of external and internal clients.
• Actively participate in internal meetings and with external ones (suppliers, research centres, laboratories, etc.) that can promote their own training and can contribute to enriching the knowledge of the department
• Market study and monitoring ensuring that you are aware of the latest technologies.
• Studying its possible effective implementation in our products.

Minimum requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Advance level of English. Advance level of German is a Plus.
• Chemical background. Knowledge of the Household Products, Personal Wash market or Cosmetics.
• Knowledge of production technology on a mass scale in the FMCG field.
• Knowledge of legislation
• Ability to prepare and lead project meetings
• Experience in facilitating collaboration and motivating project teams
• Communication skills, creativity and organisational skills, ability to make decisions independently.
• Presentation skills, ability to present proposals and recommend solutions
