Persán S.A. is seeking a Risk & Compliance Intern in Sevilla, Spain to support risk management and regulatory compliance within our international teams.

You will assist in identifying and monitoring risks, updating documentation, and helping ensure policies are current and effective. The role involves assisting with regulatory obligations, reviewing procedures, and contributing to ethics and awareness programs.

Formación

• Degree in Law (Master’s degree preferred).
• High level of English.
• Knowledge of Excel; experience with Power BI (valuable).

Risk & Compliance Intern

Persán is a multinational home care and personal care production company. We are looking for a Risk & Compliance Intern to support risk management and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Risk Management & Reporting: identify, assess, and monitor corporate risks; update the risk register; track action plans for identified risks; maintain documentation related to the risk management framework; prepare presentations for internal committees and risk review meetings; support the review of metrics and controls associated with key risks; participate in activities assessing the effectiveness of internal controls.
• Regulatory Compliance: monitor regulatory obligations and compliance requirements; review and update internal policies, procedures, and standards; conduct document reviews to verify compliance; maintain compliance records and documentation; perform public information searches using databases and open-source resources.
• Ethics Hotline & Compliance Culture: manage the ethics hotline and log reported cases; develop awareness and internal communication materials; participate in ethics and compliance training and awareness initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Law (Master’s degree preferred).
• High level of English.
• Knowledge of Excel; experience with Power BI (valuable).
