A leading automotive company based in Spain is looking for a legal professional to provide comprehensive legal support in manufacturing and corporate matters. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in drafting and negotiating legal documents, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish are essential, along with a proactive attitude and 3-7 years of experience in the field. This is a full-time role offering an opportunity to work within a dynamic team.

Formación

• 3-7 years post-qualification experience in corporate general and dispute resolution, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Admission to Local market or equivalent is a plus.
• Demonstrated excellent legal knowledge and business understanding.

Responsabilidades

Responsibilities

1. Draft, review, negotiate various legal documents, contracts and agreements for all kinds of business operation, such as NDA, sales contract (including but not limited to dealer agreement and after‑sales agreement), purchase agreement, cooperation agreement, memorandum; maintain and update contract templates/precedents from time to time to improve the contract management process constantly.
2. Participate in the qualification review of potential business partners, including but not limited to the qualification of dealer, compliance review and etc.
3. Legal support on regulatory compliance issues, such as trade compliance, date protection, merger filing, international sanction, anti‑bribery and etc.
4. Human resource related legal support, including but not limited to deal with disputes with employees, provide opinion on labor law.
5. Select, manage and supervise external lawyers, ensures high quality of external legal support in an effective and efficient manner (including cost‑efficiency).
6. Perform legal analysis and provide legal advice on dispute resolution and/or quality claims etc.
7. Work closely with the operation/project team to proactively support a wide range of transactions.
8. Other legal responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

1. LLB or LLM from a reputable international law school or equivalent.
2. Admission to Local market or equivalent will be a plus.
3. Excellent oral/written English and Spanish skills.
4. 3-7 years post‑qualification experience in corporate general and dispute resolution, preferably working experience in MNC from manufacturing industry or automotive industry.
5. Demonstrated excellent legal knowledge and business understanding for detailed and results oriented solutions, and strong communication & negotiation skills with clients, colleagues, and government officials.
6. Mature personality with proactive attitude, high integrity and self‑motivation, and ability to work and judge efficiently and autonomously under pressure.
