A leading automotive company based in Spain is looking for a legal professional to provide comprehensive legal support in manufacturing and corporate matters. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in drafting and negotiating legal documents, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish are essential, along with a proactive attitude and 3-7 years of experience in the field. This is a full-time role offering an opportunity to work within a dynamic team.

Formación

• 3-7 years post-qualification experience in corporate general and dispute resolution, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Admission to Local market or equivalent is a plus.
• Demonstrated excellent legal knowledge and business understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, negotiate various legal documents for business operations.
• Participate in the qualification review of potential business partners.
• Provide legal support on regulatory compliance issues.
• Manage disputes with employees regarding labor law.
• Supervise external lawyers and ensure quality legal support.
• Provide legal advice on dispute resolution.
