Logista, a leading logistics operator in southern Europe, seeks a Legal Counsel in Leganés to support business units with M&A, corporate governance, and commercial/civil law matters.

The role requires a law degree, 2+ years of experience, and licensure to practice in Spain, with fluency in Spanish and English. Travel may be required; the team offers a dynamic, multinational environment.

• Provide general legal support for corporate areas (real estate, IT, financials).
• Assist in corporate governance for the listed parent company, including management of decision‑making bodies.
• Coordinate data protection matters across international branches (France, Italy, Portugal, Poland).
