Forvis Mazars Group is seeking a Learning Program Manager to design and deliver cohesive learning paths across regions and service lines, partnering with stakeholders, instructional designers, and SMEs. The role combines pedagogy and project management to scope, develop and roll out programs that meet strategic capability needs and drive measurable performance.

Formación

  • Degree or equivalent in HR/L&D, business or related field.
  • 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in L&D/HR or corporate training.
  • Experience working with SMEs and aligning learning with business goals.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to link outcomes to performance.
  • Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms and content authoring tools.
  • Understanding of instructional design and learning psychology.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

Position Overview:

The Learning Program Manager plays a pivotal role in designing and delivering cohesive learning paths across regions, service lines, or domains. Acting as a key partner to our business stake holders, instructional designers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), the Learning Program Manager ensures that learning initiatives are effectively scoped, developed, and rolled out to meet strategic capability needs. This role combines pedagogic and/or technical expertise with project management rigor to drive impactful learning experiences.

The Learning Program manager will work closely with the service lines (except audit & assurance) to optimize the technical training offering as an integrated solution that supports our employees to perform at their best and deliver outstanding quality to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning Needs Analysis

  • Understand business priorities, challenges and workforce capabilities in the technical domain
  • Align learning strategies with regulatory requirement and compliance
  • Conduct learning needs assessments in partnership with the service lines and Learning team
  • Translate skill gaps to consistent and effective learning solutions
  • Recommend scalable learning solutions that drive measurable performance and behavioural outcomes

Program Development & Oversight

  • Develop digital, blended, and face-to-face learning programs aligned with learning objectives and to the expected quality standard
  • Implement and enhance learning paths for a service line or domain
  • Integrate didactic principles and learning technologies into program design
  • Review and validate programs to ensure relevance and effectiveness
  • Research and curate off-the-shelf training materials where appropriate
  • Monitor learner feedback and performance data to continuously improve programs
  • Stay informed on emerging learning practices, tools, and modalities
  • Interact with Learning community/related professsions and update the community on new initiatives or projects
  • Facilitation/moderation of training if needed

SME Engagement

  • Build strong, consultative relationships with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s)
  • Empower SMEs to contribute effectively to content development, review and validation
  • Ensure SME input aligns with learning goals and instructional design standards

Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end operational management of learning projects in collaboration with the support team
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and identify resource requirements
  • Manage project communications and stakeholder reporting
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business or related field
  • 5-7 years of project management experience, preferable within L&D, HR, or corporate training in the financial services industry
  • Experience of working with SME’s (Subject Matter Experts)
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to link learning outcomes to business performance
  • Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms, virtual delivery tools, and content authoring systems
  • Understanding of didactics, learning psychology and instructional design
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Innovative and future-oriented mindset (e.g., AI, Adaptive Learning)
  • Understanding and keeping up with AI tools and applications
