• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Extensive experience in learning & development, instructional design, facilitation, training delivery, and program evaluation.
• Experience supporting sales organizations through sales training, sales enablement, or commercial capability development initiatives.
• Proven project management experience within a complex, matrixed, or global organization.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage priorities across multiple stakeholders and time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of learning and development initiatives that support sales excellence and organizational objectives.
• Design and execute large-scale sales training programs, ensuring alignment with business priorities and performance outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and develop effective learning solutions.
• Measure learning effectiveness through assessments, feedback, business impact metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure training programs are delivered through instructor-led, virtual, digital, and technology-based learning solutions.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to create and enhance sales training frameworks and learning journeys.
• Support implementation and execution of strategic sales enablement initiatives across multiple regions and business functions.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders to ensure learning solutions meet evolving organizational needs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on learning strategies, adult learning principles, and sales capability development.
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously in a matrix environment while ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive innovation by incorporating emerging technologies, digital learning tools, and AI-enabled solutions into training programs.
• Continuously evaluate market trends, best practices, and new learning technologies to enhance the learner experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing frameworks, processes, and learning methodologies.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to learning and development professionals.
• Support performance management, talent development, and career growth within the team.

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Manager, AI Sales & Customer-Facing Capability Upskilling to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of sales-focused learning programs across a global organization. This role is responsible for developing impactful training solutions that enhance sales performance, drive business outcomes, and support organizational growth.

Working closely with sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate business priorities into scalable learning strategies, leveraging modern learning methodologies, technology-enabled solutions, and emerging AI capabilities. This is an opportunity to play a key role within a small, agile, and highly visible team where initiative, independence, and strategic thinking are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Strategy & Program Management

• Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of learning and development initiatives that support sales excellence and organizational objectives.
• Design and execute large-scale sales training programs, ensuring alignment with business priorities and performance outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and develop effective learning solutions.
• Measure learning effectiveness through assessments, feedback, business impact metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure training programs are delivered through the most effective channels, including instructor-led, virtual, digital, and technology-based learning solutions.

Sales Enablement & Stakeholder Partnership

• Collaborate with sales leadership to create and enhance sales training frameworks and learning journeys.
• Support implementation and execution of strategic sales enablement initiatives across multiple regions and business functions.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders to ensure learning solutions meet evolving organizational needs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on learning strategies, adult learning principles, and sales capability development.

Project Management & Innovation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

• Proven project management experience within a complex, matrixed, or global organization.
