Forvis Mazars Group is seeking a Learning Program Manager to design and deliver cohesive learning paths across regions and service lines, partnering with stakeholders, instructional designers, and SMEs. The role combines pedagogy and project management to scope, develop and roll out programs that meet strategic capability needs and drive measurable performance.

Formación

Degree or equivalent in HR/L&D, business or related field.
5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in L&D/HR or corporate training.
Experience working with SMEs and aligning learning with business goals.
Strong business acumen and ability to link outcomes to performance.
Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms and content authoring tools.
Understanding of instructional design and learning psychology.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

Lead needs analysis to align learning with business priorities and compliance.
Develop digital, blended, and in-person learning programs with quality standards.
Engage SMEs to contribute to content development and validation.
Manage end-to-end learning projects with timelines and resources.
Monitor feedback and performance data to continuously improve programs.
Stay informed on emerging learning practices and tools.
