Senior Learning & Development Specialist – Be Part of Something New!

We’re looking for an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to play a key role in helping drive talent development across TJX Europe and supporting our growth plans in Spain. Based in our Madrid office, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering learning solutions that support our growing business.

Where You’ll Be Based: Madrid or Barcelona, with occasional travel across Spain and Europe.

What You’ll Do: As an L&D expert, you’ll:

• Partner with L&D colleagues, managers, and SMEs to develop effective learning solutions.
• Provide expertise on TJX Europe content, best practices, and LMS guidance.
• Design and deliver engaging, interactive learning experiences, including customised and localised content.
• Facilitate training sessions across various formats and support material transcreation for the Spanish market.
• Lead key learning initiatives, ensuring projects stay on track and adapt to evolving priorities.

What You’ll Bring:

• Expertise in Learning & Development design, facilitation, and coaching.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• A pragmatic, commercially focused approach to L&D.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment (retail preferred).
• Willingness to travel across Spain and Europe.
