Job summary

Fever is a global leader in culture and live entertainment, based in Madrid with a hybrid work model. As Learning & Development Manager, you’ll shape Fever’s training strategy, own the learning budget, and drive scalable, data-driven learning across the organization.

You’ll partner with People Teams and department leads to build learning journeys, manage e-learning tools, create governance, and deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Learning & Development with strategy ownership
• Experience managing a learning budget end-to-end
• Hands-on with an LMS and analytics dashboards
• Data-driven mindset with stakeholder collaboration
• Experience in international/multi-country settings; FUNDAE experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Define learning strategy and governance across Fever.
• Own learning budget and cost-optimization programs.
• Oversee e-learning tools, adoption and UX.
• Build analytics dashboards to track participation and impact.
• Create and govern training content with business teams.
