Fever Madrid is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead the L&D strategy, governance and budget across our global team. You will own the learning roadmap, curate content, and partner with cross‑functional teams to drive learning at scale.

You'll manage the e‑learning platform and analytics, build journeys, and ensure governance across departments while partnering with FP&A and procurement. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential; remote-friendly with on-site Madrid base.

Formación

• 5+ years in Learning & Development with ownership of L&D strategy.
• Experience managing a learning budget end to end.
• Hands-on experience with an e-learning platform/LMS.
• Data-driven mindset with dashboards and learning metrics.
• Experience in international, multi-country organizations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement and maintain Fever's learning strategy and internal L&D policies across departments.
• Own end-to-end Fever's learning budget and forecast spend with cost optimization.
• Own the relationship with the e-learning platform/provider(s) and drive adoption.
• Build learning journeys in partnership with department leads and People Teams.
• Create and govern training content with business teams.
