LOEWE, a leading luxury fashion house, seeks an intern to join our HR department in Madrid. The role focuses on training logistics, content development, budgeting, and project support within a fast-moving, ambitious environment.

You will gain experience in luxury fashion HR, with opportunities to contribute to DE&I programs and learning initiatives while developing professional skills in a renowned company.

Formación

• Must sign an internship convenio with your university.
• If you are from UE you need a student NIE; if from outside UE, you need a working permit.
• Internships run for 6–12 months and hours are 9:00–18:30 Mon–Thu and 9:00–15:00 Fri.

Responsabilidades

• Training Logistics: manage materials, venue booking, and online session scheduling for DE&I and Discovering LOEWE Madrid.
• Content Development: assist in creating and updating training materials and presentations.
• Tracking and Budgeting: track training activities, invoices, and purchase orders; help manage the budget.
• Project Support: assist various learning and D&I projects, including Loop L&D Community and 360L registrations.

Job responsibilities

About your role:

• Training Logistics: Managing materials and resources, including venue booking and online session scheduling for programs like DE&I and Discovering LOEWE - Madrid.
• Content Development: Assisting in creating and updating training materials, presentations, and other learning resources to ensure they remain current and effective.
• Tracking and Budgeting: Tracking training activities, invoices, and purchase orders, helping to manage the budget and streamline financial processes.
• Project Support: Supporting various projects to promote a learning and D&I culture, including content updates on the Loop L&D Community and 360L registrations.

Profile

Internships at LOEWE:

• You must be able to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with your university.
• If you are from de UE you must have a student NIE. If you are from outside the UE, you need a working permit.
• Our internships run for 6-12 months and the hours will generally be 9am to 6.30pm Mondays to Thursdays and 9am to 3pm on Fridays.

About you:

• Interest in fashion & culture and considering a career in Human Resources.
• Great attention to detail, pride in the quality of your work.
• High level of both Spanish and English, any other languages definitely a plus.
• Comfortable with all Microsoft Office programs.
