Job summary

LOEWE is seeking an HR intern to support the team in Madrid. The role involves handling internship requests, liaising with universities, and ensuring smooth onboarding and paperwork.

You will help manage the candidate experience and assist interns day-to-day, gaining exposure in a leading luxury fashion house. Ideal candidates have a strong interest in fashion and culture, attention to detail, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English; MS Office proficiency.
• Interest in fashion & culture; pursuing HR-related internship aims.
• Must be able to sign an internship agreement with your university.
• UE student NIE required if from UE; working permit if outside UE.

Responsibilities

• Handle internship requests, reviewing job descriptions and posting jobs.
• Contact universities to expand intern candidate pool.
• Ensure onboarding and paperwork for interns is completed.
• Work on a full candidate experience.
• Assist interns in day-to-day activities.
