Job summary

LOEWE is inviting interns to join our Wholesale Merchandising team in Madrid for a 6-month program. You will create and update sales reports and support buying sessions, while liaising with Product teams and Partners to ensure accurate information and availability.

Daily collaboration with Supply Chain and Commercial teams will help you gain hands-on experience in stock management, buying processes, and market trend analysis in a luxury fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a university or accredited business school and eligible to sign an internship agreement
• EU citizen requires NIE; non-EU needs a valid work permit
• Internship duration is 6 months with full-time availability

Responsibilities

• Create and update weekly and ad hoc sales reports
• Support Wholesale Merchandising in Buying sessions, share Product info with Partners, and assist with Buying tool setup
• Consolidate client orders in panorama reports and analyze best sellers
• Assist stock inbounds follow up with Supply Chain
• Support reorder process to maximize stock profitability and partner sales
• Analyze data to identify trends in sales, products, and markets
• Coordinate day-to-day with Wholesale Commercial, Operations, Business Performance and Supply Chain teams

Job description

Our Wholesale Merchandising Department is looking for an intern to join us and support the team. If you are a fan of LOEWE, this is great opportunity to gain experience with a leading luxury fashion house.

Your role will be:

• Create and update sales reports (weekly and ad hoc).
• Support the Wholesale Merch team in the Buying sessions working on the Product info to be shared with our Partners, set up of the Buying tool to assure the offer is available, Client orders consolidation in the panorama reports, analyse best sellers, check buying guidelines in the Clients orders.
• Work closely with the Supply chain team for the stock inbounds follow up.
• Support the Wholesale Merch team in the reorder process management to maximize the stock profitability and maximize the Key partners sales potential.
• Analyse data to identify trends in sales, product categories, and markets.
• Day to day communication with other departments: Wholesale Commercial, Operations, Business Performance and Supply Chain.

Internship Requirements:

• You must currently be enrolled in a university or an accredited Business School and be eligible to sign an internship agreement through your institution.
• If you are an EU citizen, you will need a valid student NIE (Foreigner Identification Number). If you are a non-EU citizen, a valid work permit is required.
• The internship duration is 6 months, with full-time availability.
