Job summary

Loewe in Madrid offers a Wholesale Merchandising internship to learn how a leading luxury fashion house operates a worldwide sales network. You will support data reporting, buying sessions, stock follow-up, and reorder processes while collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and update sales reports (weekly and ad hoc).
• Support the Wholesale Merch team in Buying sessions with product info for Partners; assist with Buying tool setup and client orders.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to monitor stock inbounds.
• Assist in the reorder process to maximize stock profitability and partner sales potential.
• Analyze data to identify sales trends by product categories and markets.
• Communicate daily with Wholesale Commercial, Operations, Business Performance and Supply Chain.

Job responsibilities

Your role will be:

• Create and update sales reports (weekly and ad hoc).
• Support the Wholesale Merch team in the Buying sessions working on the Product info to be shared with our Partners, set up of the Buying tool to assure the offer is available, Client orders consolidation in the panorama reports, analyse best sellers, check buying guidelines in the Clients orders.
• Work closely with the Supply chain team for the stock inbounds follow up.
• Support the Wholesale Merch team in the reorder process management to maximize the stock profitability and maximize the Key partners sales potential.
• Analyse data to identify trends in sales, product categories, and markets.
• Day to day communication with other departments: Wholesale Commercial, Operations, Business Performance and Supply Chain.

Internship Requirements:

To join our internship program, please ensure that you meet the following requirements:

• You must currently be enrolled in a university or an accredited Business School and be eligible to sign an internship agreement through your institution.
• If you are an EU citizen, you will need a valid student NIE (Foreigner Identification Number). If you are a non-EU citizen, a valid work permit is required.
• The internship duration is 6 months, with full-time availability.
