LOEWE, a leading luxury fashion house, is seeking an intern to join its Wholesale Department in Madrid. You will work with Merchandising and Business Performance teams to gain experience in data, orders, and operations.

The six-month program offers study support of €800-€900 gross per month, mentorship from seasoned professionals, and a collaborative, informal environment with regular hours, Monday to Thursday 9:00–18:30 and Fridays 9:00–15:00.

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Data framework: Collaborate with BP&T Department in maintaining reporting tools for the global Wholesale Team.
• Data framework: Clean and check database (Partner, order, network, etc.) for efficient maintenance.
• Orders follow-up: Monitor inbound planning and deviations vs plan; analyze leftovers list and production cancellations.
• Business Operations: Support weekly performance reporting; liaise with SC team on stock opportunities; assist with RTV processes and masterfiles.
• Buying session: Ensure products are uploaded and available in buying tool; support cluster assignments.
• Others: Support PO control, supplier invoices, and tracking POs across wholesale accounts.

Our Wholesale Department is looking for an intern to join us. If you are a fan of LOEWE, this is a great opportunity to gain experience with a leading luxury fashion house in a strategic department by working with its different teams (Merchandising and Business Performance).

Job responsibilities

Your role will be:

Data framework:

• Collaborate with the BP&T Department in maintaining our reporting tools for the global Wholesale Team.
• Contribute to the continuous cleaning and checking of database (Partner, order, network, etc.) ensuring efficient maintenance (new and existing records).

Orders follow-up:

• Follow up and reporting of the inbound planning for all product categories, identifying alerts of main deviations vs plan.
• Follow up and analysis of the leftovers list and production cancellations.

Business Operations:

• Support the Team on the weekly performance reporting and review.
• Liaise with the SC team in the availability of stock opportunities.
• Support the Team in the partner’s reorder requests throughout the season.
• Assist with operational management, including RTV processes and maintaining masterfiles.

Buying session:

• Ensure the products are properly uploaded and available in the buying tool, supporting clusters’ assignation.

Others:

• Support operational control of POs, including managing supplier invoices, monitoring team performance, communicating with commercial teams, and tracking POs across all wholesale accounts.

Profile

• Interest in fashion & culture and considering a career in Wholesale or Retail.

• Good analytical skills.
• High level of both Spanish and English; any other languages definitely a plus.
• Comfortable with all Microsoft Office programs including Excel and PowerPoint.
