GE Vernova is seeking a Lead Tendering Manager to oversee end-to-end tendering for Power Transmission projects. You will collaborate with Sales, Commercial, Project Management and global factory teams to ensure accurate costing, pricing, risk assessment and successful project handover.

The role requires advanced high-voltage experience, fluent Spanish and English, and knowledge of gas insulated substations and power transformers.

Formación

• Advanced experience in Engineering/Technology & Customer Application Engineering.
• Proven experience as Tendering Manager or Project Manager in high-voltage.
• Experience in electrical transmission and distribution industry.
• Spanish & English fluent (C1).
• Knowledge of Gas Insulated Substations, Power Transformers, AIS and other power transmission products.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical expertise during the pre-ITO process with commercial teams.
• Manage the end-to-end tendering process from opportunity to submission.
• Participate in GO/NO GO decisions and tender approvals with stakeholders.
• Prepare offer costing, tender docs, risk analysis and margins.
• Ensure bids comply with GE Vernova standards and timelines.
• Coordinate with global factories and handover to Project Managers.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement within Tendering.
