GE Vernova in Madrid region is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead electrical design and engineering for large energy projects, coordinating internal teams and external partners to meet safety, quality, time, and cost objectives.

You will oversee design budgets, change processes, and interface with customers and third parties, ensuring robust technical coordination of Grid Solutions projects across Europe. Hybrid working arrangement offered.

Formación

• Experience leading engineering activities in EPC environments.
• Strong project management and multi-disciplinary coordination skills.
• Ability to manage complex interfaces and budgets across international partners.

Responsabilidades

• Define scope and engineering deliverables with responsible functions.
• Plan and manage delivery time for technical interfaces with partners and customers.
• Ensure on-time design delivery to stakeholders with quality and documented evidence.
• Coordinate design teams and supervise engineering budgets and changes.
• Lead technical reviews and manage change processes per project strategy.
• Analyse customer requirements and track potential changes for approval.
