Schneider Electric in Seville seeks a Tender Manager to drive competitive bids for electrical distribution and control systems. You will lead bid strategy, coordinate SMEs, and craft compelling technical and commercial offers in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

The role requires a Master’s in engineering, 2+ years in bids/proposals, strong English and Portuguese, plus familiarity with MS Project, AutoCAD, and SAP. Hybrid work and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Formación

• Master degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong background in Electrical Distribution Solutions and Control Systems.
• Ability to be customer facing with excellent communication.
• 2+ years in Bids/Proposals or similar.
• Ability to lead in a complex, matrix environment.
• Clear written and spoken English; Portuguese mandatory; Spanish desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Support Opportunity Leader in qualification, prescription, and RFQ drafting.
• Be in a customer-facing role as needed.
• Analyze RFQs and advise BID/NO BID decisions.
• Coordinate gate reviews and prepare risk analyses and mitigations.
• Draft the offer covering technical, purchasing, and contractual aspects.
• Lead interface meetings and ensure timely responses to client requests.
• Assist in contract negotiations and handover to execution.
