GE Vernova in Madrid is seeking a Lead Project Manager to oversee the post‑commissioning lifecycle for Grid Systems Integration, managing LTSA, spare parts, and maintenance with cross‑functional teams. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, careful financial oversight, and a focus on timely, safe delivery.

The position emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and collaboration across international teams, with English communication and willingness to travel as required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience managing service contracts, project closeouts, or technical service operations in energy.
• Customer-facing experience with stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
• Ability to manage SLAs and multiple workstreams under pressure.
• Excellent English communication skills and willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead final stages of GSI projects, including HVDC, FACTS, and EPC turnkey sites.
• Manage LTSA delivery, preventive maintenance, field service interventions, and customer requirements.
• Oversee service contract and closeout financials, including budgeting and invoicing.
• Coordinate end-to-end spare parts planning, procurement, delivery, and inventory management.
• Act as primary customer interface post‑handover, building long‑term relationships.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver service activities safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, quality standards, and drive continuous improvement.
