GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Lead Tendering Manager to oversee the end-to-end tendering process for Power Transmission projects. You will develop competitive technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with Sales, Commercial, Project Management and global factory teams.

You will drive accurate costing, pricing, risk assessment and a smooth project handover, ensuring bids meet GE Vernova standards and customer requirements.

Formación

• Advanced experience in Engineering/Technology & Customer Application Engineering.
• Proven experience as Tendering Manager or Project Manager within high‑voltage.
• Experience in electrical transmission and distribution industry.
• Spanish & English fluent (minimum C1).
• Knowledge of Gas Insulated Substations, Power Transformers, AIS and other power transmission products.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical expertise during pre-ITO process and analyse customer requirements, scope, specs, schedules and costs.
• Manage end-to-end tendering process from opportunity identification to proposal submission and follow-up.
• Participate in GO/NO GO decisions and tender approvals with stakeholders.
• Prepare offer costing, tender documentation, risk analysis and project margin estimates with relevant teams.
• Ensure bids are compliant, timely, and aligned with customer requirements and GE Vernova standards.
• Coordinate with global factories and internal stakeholders; handover awarded projects to Project Managers.
• Drive standardization, best practices and continuous improvement within Tendering.
