Tata Consultancy Services Madrid seeks a Microsoft CCaaS Lead Software Engineer to provide technical leadership to Software Engineers and SDETs across build and support squads. You will drive DevOps, CI/CD, Azure, and Dynamics 365 CRM/CCaaS, ensuring best practices and high-quality software in a hybrid Madrid environment.

The role requires strong Dynamics 365 CCaaS experience, Agile/DevOps proficiency, and advanced English.

Formación

• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience working in Agile environments and DevOps practices.
• Azure knowledge is highly desirable.

Bachelor's Degree.

Hybrid (TCS Madrid).

• Remote Work: Up to 2 days per week.
