Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Spain is seeking a seasoned Active Directory Specialist to design, implement and manage AD and Microsoft Entra ID in a large enterprise. The role focuses on security, performance and hybrid identity, with automation using PowerShell.

The position offers a hybrid work model, an indefinite contract from day one, competitive salary, and a flexible compensation plan designed to support home office setup and ongoing learning. Weekend on-call rotation may apply.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience managing and evolving enterprise Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
• English: Professional working proficiency.
• Location: Hybrid work arrangement.
• On-Call & Deployment Support: Occasional weekend support for deployments and rotational weekend on-call schedule.
• Permanent contract with indefinite contracts from day one.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and manage AD and Entra ID services in a large enterprise environment.
• Ensure availability, security, and performance of identity infrastructure.
• Manage and optimize GPOs, AD Sites & Services, FSMO roles, and domain services.
• Lead AD recovery activities including Domain Controller, SYSVOL/DFSR, DNS, and DB restoration.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administration and monitoring.
• Support hybrid identity solutions including on-prem AD and Entra ID synchronization.
• Troubleshoot authentication, access, directory synchronization, and identity lifecycle issues.
• Collaborate with security, infra, and apps teams on identity governance and modernization initiatives.
