Confluence is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join the Omnia Platform team, a global engineering group building a modern, multi-tenant SaaS solution for institutional clients. This hands-on leadership role owns complex challenges, influences architecture, and helps shape the platform’s future.

You’ll work with teams across Spain, the US, and Vietnam, designing, developing, and evolving the Omnia platform with C#/.NET, Python, React, and cloud-native services on Azure and Kubernetes.

Formación

• Significant software engineering experience with deep expertise in C# and .NET.
• Backend development experience in enterprise SaaS environments.
• Experience with MongoDB or comparable NoSQL technologies.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, containerised apps, and Kubernetes.
• Experience building multi-tenant software applications.
• Strong understanding of architecture, scalability, and system design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and independent work on complex challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build scalable backend services and APIs using C# and .NET.
• Work with MongoDB Atlas, optimizing data models and performance.
• Drive reliability, deployment, and scalability of cloud-native services on Azure and Kubernetes.
• Develop data processing and workflows using Python and dataframe tech.
• Contribute across the full stack with React, TypeScript, and Redux.
• Champion software quality, testing, reviews, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Engineering to deliver client value.
• Mentor engineers and foster continuous improvement.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.
