Emineo in Valencia is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to own container and cloud infrastructure, shaping CI/CD standards and driving secure, scalable operations across projects. You will collaborate with customers and teams to continuously improve platforms while embracing AI in engineering practices.

Formación

• Ability to design and operate container and cloud infrastructures.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of security, monitoring, and incident management in production.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Platform: design, build and operate container and cloud infrastructures using Docker, Kubernetes and Azure.
• Build & Run End-to-End: support projects from setup to production with focus on stability and performance.
• Set Standards: influence architecture, define security and deployment standards, evolve platforms.
• CI/CD as Backbone: manage central GitLab CI/CD infrastructure, pipelines and onboarding.
• Automation First: implement IaC, deployment processes and monitoring; ensure repeatability.
• Work Closely with Customers: analyze requirements and collaborate to deliver pragmatic solutions.
• Multiply Knowledge: train teams, review code and raise overall technical quality.
• AI in Everyday Engineering: integrate AI tools into engineering practices.
