MIGx AG is seeking a Software Engineer Team Lead to drive a Data and AI Engineering team in Spain. The role blends leadership with hands-on work on Python backends and React/TypeScript frontends, overseeing architecture, delivery, and production operations.

You will guide a multi-disciplinary team, emphasize clean code, testing, and CI/CD, and work on healthcare-related client engagements to connect data platforms with real-world use cases.

• Proven track record leading engineers and conducting performance reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack and backend engineers.
• Guide architecture reviews and ensure code quality across the team.
• Own features end-to-end from requirements to deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with data and AI engineers to align on architecture and delivery.
• Promote SOLID, testing, CI/CD, and documentation practices.
• Maintain production-grade Python backends and React/TypeScript frontends.
