MIGx AG is seeking a Software Engineering Team Lead to guide a Data and AI Engineering team. You will lead a team of full-stack and backend engineers, stay hands-on with Python backends and React/TypeScript frontend, and drive architecture decisions while mentoring engineers.

You will own features end‑to‑end, contribute to best practices, and collaborate with data, AI, and other disciplines to deliver production-grade software for life sciences and healthcare clients.

• Proven track record of leading engineers and delivering enterprise software.
