MIGx is seeking a Data Analyst & QA Engineer in a hybrid Barcelona role to profile data, test data pipelines, and safeguard data quality across life sciences projects, turning validated data into clear insights for stakeholders.

You will collaborate with Data Engineers and Business Stakeholders, build ETL pipelines in Python, maintain Power BI dashboards, and communicate findings effectively in English and local languages.

Formación

• Data profiling and quality assessment across datasets.
• Test planning and execution with acceptance criteria and traceability.
• Robust documentation: runbooks, incident write-ups, analyses.
• Proficient in SQL for querying relational databases.
• Strong Python data analysis skills (pandas, NumPy).
• Ability to derive insights and support decisions with evidence.
• Experience with Power BI dashboards and reporting.
• Familiarity with agile methods (Scrum/Kanban).

Responsabilidades

• Profile and analyse large datasets, assessing quality and trends.
• Design, execute, and document structured tests for pipelines and dashboards.
• Document data lineage and governance in regulated environments.
• Build ETL pipelines and data transformations using Python.
• Perform EDA and statistics with Python (pandas, NumPy).
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Stakeholders on requirements.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Maintain dashboards and reusable data models in Power BI.
