MIGx AG is seeking a Software Engineer Team Lead to guide a Data and AI Engineering team in Valladolid. You will supervise a team of full-stack and backend engineers, while remaining hands-on with Python backends and React/TypeScript frontend apps.

You will drive architecture reviews, ensure high code quality, and deliver production-grade services on client engagements in life sciences and healthcare. You will mentor engineers, conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews, and promote best

Formación

• Experience leading engineers and performance reviews.
• Hands-on with Python backends and React/TypeScript frontends.
• Strong API design and scalable architectures.
• Cloud deployment experience, ideally Azure, with IaC.
