Hybrid Mind is seeking an AI Back-End Engineer to design and build scalable APIs and microservices powering AI-enabled healthcare applications. You will be hands-on across the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and development through testing, deployment, and operational support.

This role requires delivering production-grade systems with a focus on robust security, scalable architectures, and maintainable code.

Formación

• Proven experience delivering production-grade software systems.
• Hands-on experience developing Generative AI applications and working with Large Language Models from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Grok.
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or PydanticAI.
• Production experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DocumentDB.
• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of API security, including OAuth and JWT.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles.
• Commitment to writing clean, testable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
