Socialpoint, a world-renowned mobile game studio in Barcelona, seeks a Lead Game Designer to own the creative vision for a new Merge 2 title. You will shape core loops, progression, and meta-design, transitioning to live ops and monetization.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and art to guide features from concept to launch. You will mentor a team of designers, drive data-informed improvements, and maintain a balanced in-game economy.

Formación

• Clear communication of vision to team and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate player motivations into UX stories and wireframes.
• Experience crafting features, systems, core loops, economies, and meta-designs.
