Homa is a global mobile game developer and publisher empowering studios to create mass-market experiences. We are seeking a Director of Product for live RPG titles, responsible for end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and monetization across a growing portfolio.

You will oversee LiveOps, balance economy dynamics, and partner with UA and studios to scale growth. This leadership role combines hands-on data work with strategic direction, driving engagement, monetization, and franchise-building

Formación

• Several years of product experience on live mobile games, preferably RPG/midcore.
• Experience owning end-to-end features, progression, monetization, or product roadmaps.
• Strong leadership and ability to align Design, Publishing, Data, Economy, UA, Growth and external studios.

Responsabilidades

• Define the product roadmap across one or more live RPG titles, including core loop, progression, monetization, and meta systems.
• Own LiveOps end-to-end: calendar, events, and loop that sustain engagement and spend.
• Lead a small team of product, design, and economy experts; provide clear plans and mentorship.
• Oversee monetization, balancing IAP and ad revenue growth in harmony with the economy.
• Drive growth in partnership with UA; translate data and campaign learnings into the roadmap.
• Collaborate with Publishing and studios across end-to-end development and delivery.
