Drees & Sommer España is seeking a Lead Consultant focused on Real Estate and Technical Advisory in Madrid. You will lead a diverse portfolio of real estate and business transformation projects, acting as a trusted advisor to clients while coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality consulting services.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, Project Management, Economics or related field.
• Several years of experience in consulting, project management, real estate advisory, workplace consulting, business transformation, or related areas.
• Proven experience managing projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders in client-facing environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in preparing and delivering presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English (C1 level).
• PMP, Prince2, Prosci, Agile, Change Management, or other relevant certifications are considered an advantage.

• Lead complex real estate and technical advisory mandates for institutional investors, lenders, and clients.
• Provide senior-level technical expertise and commercial insight to support investment decisions and asset management strategies.

• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect project value.
