Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Consultant (f/m/d) to join our Technical Advisory team in Madrid, Spain. This temporary position offers an opportunity to gain experience within an international consultancy environment.

The ideal candidate will have a technical background, strong soft skills, and an innovative, digital orientation, reporting to the Team Leader. Responsibilities include supporting technical due diligences, risk analysis for real estate assets, and cost estimation for asset defects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Full professional English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel frequently and attend site visits.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to technical due diligences and project supervision in real estate transactions.
• Analyze risks in day-to-day building operations.
• Estimate investment costs to address asset defects and legal non-conformities.
• Build and maintain client relationships with high service standards.
