Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Several years of experience in consulting, project management, real estate advisory, workplace consulting, or business transformation.
• Proven experience managing projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in preparing and delivering presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently within multidisciplinary teams.
• Spanish and English proficiency (C1).
• Certifications such as PMP/Prince2/Prosci/Agile are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical advisory mandates for institutional clients in real estate and industrial sectors.
• Provide senior technical and commercial insight to support investments and asset management.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams, coordinating internal and external partners to deliver high-quality services.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants through coaching and guidance.
• Identify and mitigate technical, financial, regulatory, and ESG risks to protect value.
• Build long-term client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Collaborate across Europe with international colleagues and peers.
