Drees & Sommer SE in Madrid is seeking a Data Center Project Construction Manager to lead the planning, on-site construction, and delivery of highly complex data center projects. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee contractors, and ensure design and safety standards are met for on-time and on-budget execution.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project & Construction Management or similar roles.
• MANDATORY: At least 5 years of proven experience in Data Center construction within the last 5 years.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the entire project lifecycle—from acquisition and design coordination to construction, commissioning and client handover.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, procurement and documentation to ensure delivery aligns with scope, budget, and quality benchmarks.
• Support the development of project estimates, cost plans and risk assessments.
• Provide daily on-site oversight of contractors, ensuring compliance with scope, safety requirements, and technical specifications.
• Inspect construction progress, verify execution against design standards, and manage logistics and owner‑furnished equipment.
• Coordinate the integration of electrical, mechanical, cooling and network systems; support commissioning activities.
• Lead project meetings and report milestones, risks and issues; manage resources and ensure availability of materials/tools.
