Qualifications

• Experience in preparing and delivering presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently within multidisciplinary teams.
• Spanish and English proficiency (C1).
• Certifications such as PMP/Prince2/Prosci/Agile are advantageous.

Job Description

Are you passionate about consulting, project delivery, and working closely with clients to solve complex challenges? We are looking for a Lead Consultant focused on Real Estate and Technical Advisory to join our team in Madrid.

In this role, you will support and lead a diverse range of real estate and business transformation projects, acting as a trusted advisor to clients while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of project workstreams, contribute to strategic initiatives, and support the continued growth of our consulting services.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical advisory mandates including Property Condition Assessments/Technical Due Diligences, Construction Monitoring, Development Monitoring, and Asset Review services for institutional investors, lenders, and major real estate as well as industrial clients.
• Provide senior-level technical expertise and commercial insight to support investment decisions, project financing, asset acquisitions, and portfolio management strategies.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams, coordinating internal specialists and external partners to deliver high-quality consulting services aligned with client objectives and industry standards.
• Support and develop (junior) consultants through knowledge sharing, coaching, and day-to-day guidance and make the team grow
• Identify, evaluate, and communicate technical, financial, regulatory, and ESG-related risks, developing mitigation strategies that protect project value and stakeholder interests.
• Build and develop long-term client relationships, support business development initiatives, and contribute to the growth and positioning of the consultancy as a trusted market advisor.
• Become an integral part of our European consulting team with strong collaboration and exchange with your international colleagues and peers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, Project Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in consulting, project management, real estate advisory, workplace consulting, business transformation, or related areas.
• Proven experience managing projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders in client-facing environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in preparing and delivering presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English (C1 level).
• PMP, Prince2, Prosci, Agile, Change Management, or other relevant certifications are considered an advantage.
