LOEWE, based in Madrid (Getafe), is seeking a Senior Production Planner on a temporary basis to lead and manage the production plan across multiple workshops. Reporting to the Industrial Supply Chain Manager, the role focuses on capacity challenge, data reliability, and aligning production with demand.

The ideal candidate will have proven production planning experience in luxury fashion, strong MRP knowledge, leadership, and excellent communication and analytical skills to optimize workshop

Formación

• Proven experience as a production planner in luxury/fashion industries.
• Excellent knowledge of production planning and MRP principles.
• Working knowledge of AP and MS Office.
• Critical thinking to challenge workshop organization and capacity.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem solving abilities.
• Strategic thinker balancing short- and long-term objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Collect and challenge capacity assumptions for components and finished goods.
• Ensure Production Planning Master Data reliability and alignment with actuals.
• Build a feasible production plan by workshop to meet demand.
• Define ramp-up plans with workshops and monitor efficiency ramp-up.
• Assess impact on product availability at central DC and alert if shortages or overstock.
• Serve as entry point for Supply Chain Teams on Finished Product availability topics.
• Share and follow-up production plan with workshops.
