Joko is seeking a Lead Product Manager for the Platform tribe to accelerate internal AI tooling, including Joker and Gotham, and to build the automation layer that enables scalable agent-powered workflows.

You will report to the VP Product, own the tribe's roadmap end to end, and mentor the Product Managers on its task forces. Expect hands-on work from day one as the team grows and the function takes shape.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Product, including mentoring other PMs.
• Background on internal tools, back‑office products, APIs, platforms or complex B2B products.
• Fluent English with strong cross‑functional communication.

Responsabilidades

• Set the tribe's strategy and roadmap for Platform.
• Own Joker and Gotham, driving production‑grade agent platform.
• Build the automation layer with scoped tools for agents.
• Retire legacy tools without breaking teams.
• Own security, compliance and reliability.
• Lead and grow the Product Managers on the tribe.
• Be the interface for Engineering, Ops, Finance, Legal and Data.
