Joko is seeking a Product Manager for the Engine task force to own the end-to-end user experience of Juno, the AI shopping assistant, from conversational interface to the underlying recommendations. You will collaborate with a Product Designer, engineers, and the Catalog team, reporting to Yosr.

In this role you'll shape the conversation design, account for AI limitations, and drive discovery, testing, and rollout strategies.

Formación

2–3 years of Product Manager experience.
AI-powered features with meaningful user base experience.
Strong UX/UI instinct and judgment.
Comfort with defining metrics and instrumenting outcomes.
Hands-on with AI tools and curiosity about AI.
Willingness to build something new from scratch.
Location in France or Spain; fluent in English (French a plus).

Responsabilidades

Define conversational product design for an AI shopping assistant.
Design with AI limitations in mind and address hallucinations/edge cases.
Run user tests, analyze conversations, and drive iterations.
Own the vision and roadmap for the assistant experience from problem framing to launch.
Define quality metrics and use data to inform decisions.
Position the product competitively in a fast-evolving space.
