Job summary

Joko is seeking a Product Manager for the Core UX task force to own the cross-platform experience end-to-end, focusing on navigation, onboarding, login, and performance. You will collaborate with a Product Designer and engineers, reporting to the Scale tribe lead, while balancing user needs with business goals.

You bring 3+ years in consumer-facing product management, mobile app experience, and a bias for data-driven, AI-enabled decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager on consumer-facing products, ideally mobile apps.
• Ownership of end-to-end scope and roadmap.
• Experience collaborating with design, engineering and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Own core surfaces: navigation, onboarding and login, cash back collection, search and redemption from problem framing through delivery and post-launch monitoring.
• Balance platform constraints across mobile, desktop extensions and web apps while deciding what to ship where.
• Define reliability and performance metrics and own product features as a core responsibility.
• Drive foundations work such as design systems and tooling to accelerate the org.
• Lead discovery and ship improvements to enhance user delight and personalization.
• Align stakeholders and arbitrate trade-offs between teams to protect core surfaces.
